Resource Alert: The FCPA Year in Review Webinar (January 9 and 17)

Steinman & Rodgers will be hosting a complimentary webinar reviewing the major FCPA developments of 2018, and looking forward to tends in 2019.

FCPA Blog contributing editor Bill Steinman will host the event.

The one-hour live webinar will be offered on two dates in January 2019:

  • Wednesday, January 9 at 1:30pm EST
  • Thursday, January 17 at 1:30pm EST

During the webinar, S&R senior partner Bill Steinman will cover:

  • What 2018 has taught us about FCPA enforcement in the Trump era;
  • A review of major FCPA developments in 2018 and their practical impact on day-to-day FCPA compliance
  • What to expect in 2019

Rather than reviewing each individual enforcement action, S&R’s webinar will focus on the developments that should change the way companies approach compliance, with special emphasis on dealing with third parties.

As always, S&R's webinars are complimentary, and will allow participants to ask questions anonymously.
