Updated Anti-Bribery Scholarship Database

We're pleased to announce the updated University of Richmond Anti-Bribery Research Guide.

The Research Guide organizes a wide array of online resources concerning international anti-bribery law.  We have tabs on the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OECD Convention, UNCAC, and a variety of research guides, rankings, training materials, and practical guidance.

In addition, the updated scholarship database builds on our collection of articles already by adding numerous pieces published in the last year.  The database contains a wide variety of scholarly works, most of which are available online for free, and now provides more than 150 law review articles on international anti-bribery law, written by academics and practitioners alike.  It provides abstracts, author info, and links to the articles.

Additionally, the overall format of the database is now much more easily navigable. You'll find tabs dividing articles by sub-topics, such as trends in U.S. Enforcement and Corporate Decision-Making, as well as a master list of all articles for convenient searching.

When we first introduced the Research Guide to the Blog readership, it received thousands of hits within weeks. We're glad the guide adds value for the anti-bribery community.  And we're always looking to expand it. Any suggested additions may be forwarded to me at aspaldin@richmond.edu.
