Frederic Bourke is now an inmate of Englewood Camp, a minimum-security facility in the southwest suburbs of Denver, Colorado, in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

Federal prisoner 58333-054, age 67, is serving a one-year sentence. He was convicted in 2009 of conspiracy to violate the FCPA.

His multiple appeals failed, and last month the Supreme Court refused to review his case.

He was free on bail during his appeals. After the Supreme Court turned him down, a federal judge ordered him to report to prison by May 10.

Bourke, a co-founder of luxury handbag maker Dooney & Bourke, isn't the only famous prisoner in the 165-bed Englewood Camp.

Enron's former CEO Jeffrey Skilling is there serving a 24-year sentence, along with former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich, who's doing a 14-year sentence.

The federal bureau of prisons shows Bourke's release date as March 22, 2014.
