Secret cable reveals pre-FCPA warnings of unlevel playing field in India, Asia

Wikileaks on Monday published a classified July 1976 U.S. diplomatic cable warning that any international law against bribery would harm U.S. business in India and other parts of Asia, while less compliant competitors from other developed countries would benefit.
