The U.S. Department of Justice has been named as an investigating agency in 77 active FCPA-related investigations.

That's 61 percent of the disclosed active investigations.

Globally, 27 government agencies have been named in ongoing FCPA-related investigations, according to FCPA Tracker.

Not all companies name agencies involved in FCPA-related investigations. Some companies name several agencies.
