Responsible in taking a lead role in ensuring that the Commercial Banking Group’s (CBG) policies and procedures are aligned with Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements. Leads the execution and coordination of the compliance function at the Commercial Banking Group level. Reviews and interprets new and pending laws and regulations, which potentially affects the business practices for all business lines within the CBG.
