The above lists tells me that violation of FCPA will continue, in spite of increased government enforcement efforts. Companies will continue to have problems operating in foreign markets. For some companies its a matter of weighting the penalties against the benefits of violating. Enforcement by governments and any self regulating efforts by firms are not working.
