Summary: Nova Datacom and its former president Min Jung Cho pleaded guilty to involvement in what the FBI is calling the largest domestic bribery and bid-rigging scheme in the history of federal contracting cases. The Virginia-based company is charged with paying more than $15 million in bribes to three public officials -- including Kerry F. Khan and Michael A. Alexander -- in order to win contracts through the Department of the Army and the Army Corps of Engineers. A total of 15 individuals have entered guilty pleas in connection with the scheme.
