The corporate investigations list (January 2013)

The companies listed below are known to be the subject of an ongoing and unresolved FCPA-related investigation.

The names are current through December 31, 2012.

Most of the entries are based on disclosures in SEC filings or news reports or both. That means non-issuers (non-public companies) and issuers that have a pending investigation but haven't disclosed it, may not appear.

Once again, this data is provided by a volunteer researcher. We're very grateful for his generous contributions to the FCPA Blog.

Please note that when first published, 90 names appeared on this current list. On further reveiw, we have deleted two of them.

I'd like to know what happened to the DOJ's investigation on Sojitz Corporation for alleged bribery ?

The Company is no longer listed on the Corporate Investigations List since 2013 but I can't find any settlement or anything about the case..
