The Corporate Investigations List (June 2012)

The companies listed below are known to be the subject of an ongoing and unresolved FCPA-related investigation.

The names are current through June 30, 2012.

Most of the entries are based on disclosures in SEC filings or news reports or both. That means non-issuers (non-public companies) and issuers that have a pending investigation but haven't disclosed it, may not appear.

Once again, this data is provided by a volunteer researcher. His most recent efforts, in the midst of the great (and ongoing) power outage, were truly heroic. We're very grateful for his work.

Eighty-seven companies now appear on the FCPA corporate investigations list. That's up from 81 at the end of first quarter of 2012 and 78 at the end of 2011.

The list is misleading. The government does not officialy "close" investigations, so many of these matters likley are dormant. It is not accurate to say these are ongoing.
