The Corporate Investigations List (March 2012)

The companies listed below are known to be the subject of an ongoing and unresolved FCPA-related investigation.

The names are current through March 31, 2012.

Most of the entries are based on disclosures in SEC filings. That means non-issuers (non-public companies) and issuers that have a pending investigation but haven't disclosed it, may not appear.

The volunteer researcher for this post (he deserves our nation's highest civilian award) said: 'Information about Accenture, Furmanite, Smartmatic, and STR Holdings falls into the category of stale data. If readers have an update, perhaps they can let us know.'

It would be helpful to know where the incidents of corruption have been reported. The Location of Corruption can lead to into on what the Trafficking Community is doing and where WMD's are likely to be found. This is an very helpful list.
