FCPA Spring Review 2012

Washington, D.C. law firm Miller & Chevalier has just released its FCPA Spring Review 2012. It covers corporate and individual enforcement actions, reform efforts, international developments, and more.

There are nice discussions about monitorships, parent company liability, and cross-border cooperation.
