Mini survey result: facilitating payments

The question was: Does your organization allow facilitating payments?

Nearly sixty-five percent said never.

Almost a quarter said sometimes, and less than one percent said always. Five percent didn't know.

One respondent said he or she is 'still trying to get management to make a decision' about facilitiating payments.

Another said their company policy 'allows for it but in practice we do not.'

One company, a respondent said, defines facilitating payments as 'less than $25.'

An outside lawyer said he or she always recommends against using facilitating payments; another respondent said for their company, grease payments aren't necessary or used.
