The Corporate Investigations List
Richard L. Cassin |
Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 7:28AM Thanks to a generous reader, here's the most complete list we've ever had of the companies known to be the subject of an ongoing and unresolved FCPA-related investigation.
Nearly all of them are issuers. But as we warned in our prior watchlist, the DOJ doesn't name those under the microscope and, while issuers probably should disclose investigations, not all of them do. Non-issuers, on the other hand, usually aren't required to say a word, so most don't.

We're grateful to the reader who made the list and checked it twice, at least, and sent it our way. That community-spirited and conscientious individual went the extra mile -- annotating the name of each issuer with an appropriate link to an SEC filing.
If more names should be added, let us know.
