The Anti-Corruption Compliance Program Benchmarking Report

The Anti-Corruption Compliance Program Benchmarking Survey – which was developed by Kaplan & Walker LLP and The FCPA Blog - was conducted in spring and summer 2011.  More than 100 companies (including many prominent global corporations) took part in the survey. The survey consisted of 48 detailed questions covering compliance practices in all key program areas. The authors believe that the results of the survey – which have now been published in a report - provide an unprecedented array of practical information concerning anti-corruption compliance measures.

The report will:

  • Assist organizations and their advisors in developing, improving and assessing anti-corruption compliance programs;
  • Aid boards of directors in overseeing anti-corruption compliance programs; and
  • Serve as a resource for governmental and non-governmental organizations and academics seeking information about anti-corruption compliance programs.

Organizations that took part in the survey will receive a complimentary copy of the report, as will government agencies and full-time academics requesting a copy - which they may do so here.
